 Manifesting health on all levels is the experience of wholeness. Experiencing wholeness means to be completely free of wound or injury with nothing missing and everything complete and perfect. Healthy, free of defect, deformity, mistake or impairment, and having all its proper parts and components. The experience of wholeness is being in a state of undivided oneness and of total unity. When anyone says they are completely happy or fulfilled they could also mean complete and whole as in enjoying a state of wholeness.

Imagine a love so complete; a state of being so full of joy, lasting pleasure rising up eternally in one’s soul. What could be grander the wholeness of perfect health of mind, body, and soul? Some other words for wholeness are completion, health, fulfillment, integrity, oneness, perfection, and unity. These words offer great ideas for inclusion in affirmations for manifesting health and wholeness of body, mind and soul.

You could say that all the pain, injustice, and other sufferings are because of a lack of wholeness. In contrast is the sage who sits quietly in total enlightenment. Why can’t we all be doing this? What can be done to make profound inner satisfaction available to everyone at all times? Our goal should be to create an effective way to a permanent state of fulfillment, wisdom, freedom, health and happiness which is wholeness.

Again we return to our primary techniques for manifesting our desires. Meditation, affirmations, and creative visualizations. You must imagine yourself to be complete healthy and whole. You must feel it in the depths of your being even when appearances seem to indicate otherwise. Miracles of healing manifestation are easily possible when we experience such a state of being.
