Visit (spiritual trust fund) the Inner Room of Love - Are You Showing Up Fully for Your Life?

By Peri Enkin

Right in this moment love is in the air. If you take a deep breath you can draw it in to your heart and down to your belly. You can let it intoxicate you. I mean it!

We miss the very essence of life when we attach love to certain people, circumstances or events. Are you showing up fully for your life as it is right now?

When you show up fully life meets you with fullness too. And life, at the core is filled with the energy of love.

Imagine, that your life matters. I mean really matters - every single precious moment of it. And meet the air as if you are offering it a kiss. Drink in the deliciousness of early morning. Celebrate the middle of your day with a nod to the gods and goddesses of pure magnificence.

Why would you let the moments of your life slip by in mediocre ways? Let the tone to your days be filled with wonder, and pleasure. Feel the joy of existence. When the sun sets know the rays continue to light up some other place on the planet. And then welcome the darkness in your own hemisphere.

What does all of this have to do with Love? Everything! Either we are showing up fully for life - and love - or we are contracted, withdrawn, caught in the melodramas we make up in our minds. The stories of emptiness, lack and loss the mind likes to spin for us.

Now - with that preamble take an imaginary journey to the Inner Room of Love. Envision a room in your own consciousness where the highest vibration of love is generated on your behalf.

- What would you call to you now?

- What experiences does your heart yearn for?

- Will you let yourself imagine drawing these into your life?

Do you want to experience a lovers embrace? Tender words from a friend? Open communication with colleagues? Laughter? What will you allow yourself to see and to have? Will you let yourself enjoy dating? Will you know peace being single? Will you allow happiness with your mate?

Whatever state you are ready to appreciate belongs to you and then, when and if you wish, - you can choose something different for yourself again and again.

There is no stop to the journey of creation. Only the creative questions of choices you alone make. What next? What now? Will you say yes to your life? Make your desires real on the inside first. Use that wonderful mind of yours for what matters most - your happiness -your engagement with life -your full presence in all that happens to you.

Live fully and let love awaken inside. Then continue living fully as it blossoms outside also. There is no mystery here. Vibration matches vibration.

If you will drop the pictures of what love “should” look like and begin assuming that love is present, right here, right now you will begin to see and feel more love everywhere. This is practical spirituality put to work. Knowing that love is the essence of life choose it for yourself, relax and watch it appear!

And remember not to be attached to how it looks. The mind is sneaky. You might miss something spectacular because it does not fit your pictures. Let the pictures go and enjoy the energy. Your heart knows.

Qi Dao Coaching and Qigong Healing
By Lama Somananda Tantrapa

Most health professionals agree that patients heal when they are ready to heal. An energy healing modality promoting facilitating self-healing deserves some serious attention at this day and age.

Thousands of years ago, Qigong formed the foundation of Oriental medicine and needs to be regarded as such. All styles of Qigong work with Qi universal energy, or life force that is considered to be the basis of life; therefore, energy awareness offers us the key to health, happiness and longevity. Most styles of Qigong use movements, breathing, meditation and visualization for the purpose of cultivating Qi. They are often taught through doing forms, or choreographed movements, that are to be memorized and repeated on a regular basis.

At one time or another, all styles originated from a primordial foundation of Qigong that was deeply rooted in the Shamanic Medicine Dances. Tibetan Shamanic Qigong, also known as Qi Dao, goes back to the Shamanic roots of Qigong and encourages its practitioners to stay true to the universality of this energy art. Its spiritual tradition has been preserved in my family by twenty-seven generations of masters who dedicated their lives to exploring the ways to apply energy awareness to all spheres of life, from fighting to healing and sexual energy arts.

In contrast to doing any repetitive Qigong or Tai Chi forms, Qi Dao teaches us how to feel the flow of energy and how to be in the flow. The practice of Qi Dao includes no routines of repetitive movements that are supposed to manipulate or cultivate Qi. Unlike acupuncturists, Qi Dao practitioners have no need for memorizing the myriad of acupuncture points and meridians; instead, we learn to navigate the energetic pathways by feeling the flow of Qi, using our personal observation and intuition. Free of any methods of manipulating others energy or directing it where we think it should go, Qi Dao teaches us that there is an abundant source of energy within us that we can tap by paying attention to the existing flow of Qi without any judgments. Empowering others to embody such an attitude became the hallmark of the new discipline is called Qi Dao Coaching.

The flow of things, traditionally referred to as the Dao, makes no mistakes; therefore, Qi always flows as it should. Even if the energy doesnt appear to flow as expected, it still flows somewhere as long as we are alive. When we experience any symptoms, i.e. pain in any part of the body, most of us habitually tend to worry about the pain perceiving it as a problem, or an energy blockage. Qi Dao teaches us to shift our attention from the worries about pain to the flow of energy that may be streaming somewhere around the block, just like water flowing around any obstacles. The practitioners of Qi Dao learn to accept every experience as a lesson, rather than a problem, and to accept the challenge of surrendering to the flow of Qi.

As Qi Dao practitioners, we learn to trust that, no matter what happened or will happen to us, our lives constantly unfold in the way that resonates with the energies we identify with. On one hand, we always experience exactly what we need to experience in order to learn our lifes lessons. On the other hand, we have the freedom of choice as to which energies to identify with moment by moment. By bringing this awareness into the present moment, Qi Dao Coaching helps us reveal our inner nature spontaneously through fluid and natural movements, sounds and other expressions. This approach to movement therapy and bodywork is deeply rooted in this archetypal field of human consciousness, our true nature. Consciously entering Qigong State allows us to suspend discriminating logic and judgmental reasoning. This promotes profound experiences in dynamic meditation and lucid dreaming, facilitating profound peace and receptivity to inner guidance. In this meditative state, we learn to perceive energy flowing through the body and simply surrender to that flow, which feels like total harmony and well-being.

Qi Dao Coaching clients heal themselves by learning to manifest the dreams that various parts of their organisms strive for consciously or unconsciously. This empowers them to integrate all the aspects of their bodies, minds and spirits as they learn to embody vibrant health and well-being. Awakening the healer within them, Qi Dao empowers the clients to let go of resistance to their issues and thereby transcend them. It allows them to break through the lifetimes of their old habits and programmed patterns of behavior and body awareness.

I believe that Qi Dao Coaching represents the missing link between the modern body-oriented Somatic Therapies and ancient Shamanic healing, working with the whole human being. Our ancient holistic tradition not only addresses the issues on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, but also balances all these levels. With practice, we learn to pay attention to the whole spectrum of spontaneous processes occurring in the human being. Qi Dao Coaching may be a perfect methodology for experiencing and exploring the qualities of human consciousness usually dormant in the conditions of our information age lifestyles.

Lama Somananda Tantrapa is the lineage holder of Qi Dao with over 30 years of Qigong experience. He is the author of the bestselling book and DVD Qi Dao Tibetan Shamanic Qigong and Basic Qi Dao Home Study Course. As the originator of Qi Dao Coaching, he has provided wellness, peak performance and life coaching to hundreds of people worldwide. His coaching inspired many professional athletes, speakers, dancers, singers, writers and actors to open up to the source of power that exists within everyone. Ask and Receive: Angels Offer Love, Mentoring, Protection
By Candace Talmadge

A woman we’ll call “Lynn” was at her wit’s end. Her business was failing, she owed the IRS a huge sum of money that she did not have, and her long-term partner had just ended their relationship.

In the small hours one morning she hit bottom, in a crisis of despair.

“There has to be something more,” she said out loud, even though no one was in the room with her.

“Are you asking?” a voice said clearly, outside of her head. She was too stunned to respond.

“Are you asking?” the voice repeated in an even more urgent tone.

“I guess I am,” she answered finally, and from that moment on Lynn knew she was not alone in this world. She had just met one of her angels, also known as guides.

Even though at times we may feel isolated and bereft, none of us comes into this world entirely on our own. We always have help and friendship right by our sides in the form of loving, invisible mentors who want nothing more than to play an active role in supporting us before, during, and even after our physical sojourns on earth.

All we need do is ask for their help–and then be ready and open to receive their guidance.

In the days following that dramatic encounter, Lynn learned much about guides in general and her angels in particular. As vibrating eternal essences (also known as souls or spirits), we choose to experience each physical lifetime. We usually have a purpose for the life we have selected. Such purpose is general, such as teaching, healing, inspiring, creating, and so forth.

Our life purpose attracts to us other spirits who want to share that purpose but do not necessarily desire to do so in a physical body. We then select a group of souls to help us along the way. Often we make our choices based on the fact that we know these spirits already from other physical lifetimes on earth (or elsewhere). We trust these beings and they trust us. Sometimes we include souls who have a particular expertise that we believe will be especially helpful to us or because we just want to try something new while on earth.

Then we arrive in our physical bodies. As very young children, we interact with our spirit friends as the invisible companions we play with and who comfort us. Well-meaning adults, however, inform us that these friends are “not real.” We start to distrust our intuitive senses, the means by which we communicate with our angels, and eventually give up our angels so that we may “grow up” and become “well adjusted.”

Our angels remain with us anyway, sending us their love and guidance, hoping to reconnect in a more direct manner. In times of crisis, we call out for help, and they provide it to the extent we will allow ourselves to receive it. The voice Lynn heard, for example, was an angel who calls himself Yaqui.

Angels/guides have different functions on our behalf. Yaqui is Lynn’s spiritual growth guide, the one who is most focused on her spiritual well-being. Another role for a guide is that of protector. In our world full of cars, buses, trains, planes, boats and other forms of mechanized travel, protectors put in plenty of overtime paying attention when we are distracted.

Many guides take on the function of jokester. Humor is the easiest and best way to tune into our own hearts’ wisdom, so helping us find and appreciate the hilarity and absurdity in life also helps us keep our spiritual connection alive and healthy. Guides are also healers, teachers, legal experts, even business consultants! One of Lynn’s guides is a handyman who invariably astonishes his physical counterparts, who cannot understand why Lynn is able to tell them the actual mechanical problem even before they inspect the broken machine.

Angels or guides present themselves to us usually in a form we can relate to–human–but some guides have shown themselves as comic book figures, like Wonder Woman or Rocky and Bullwinkle, if that’s what helps us to connect with them. The forms and names they take on are simply a matter of making them, their love, and their guidance readily available to us by matching our needs and expectations.

Is it possible to for all of us to meet our guides, up close and personal? Yes, provided we are willing to relearn how to trust our intuition. Since guides/angels do not have physical bodies (except in rare cases of extreme emergencies), we cannot sit down with them for a cup of coffee and a chat. We need our intuition–our hunches, gut feelings, visions, and inner hearing–to be able to receive their messages and send ours in return.

The next step is taking the time and space to get to know our angels via a meet-your-guides meditation, which we can do on our own or with help if needed. The energy and effort we put into getting reacquainted with our angels will come back to us many times over in the form of increased feelings of love, acceptance, safety, and well-being.
